The standard check-in time is after 13:00 hrs (01:00 pm) and the check-out time is 11:00 am.

Yes. Simply give us a call on +918101126304 (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 till 18:00 ).

For online bookings, we accept all Net Banking payment options from major Indian banks. We accept cash too.

Yes. You can confirm your bookings by paying the amount through account transfer option. 

Please note The Mandarine Retreat follows a 50% prepayment policy for reservations .Once the room booking and pre payment process is completed, we will send across a confirmation email (on the email address you have registered while making the booking). Please take a print out of the confirmed hotel voucher and present it at the hotel counter during the check-in.

It is mandatory to show your government approved valid ID proof while checking-in at the hotel. The valid IDs accepted at the retreat are Driving License, Voters ID, Passport . Please note: Pan Cards are not accepted as valid ID proof. For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

Dzongu is Restricted Protected area, for guests to visit Dzongu they will need to make a permit for the same. The retreat will make the permits ready for the guests. After confirmation of booking, guests will need to share their valid id’s either through mail or WhatsApp.

Yes, the retreat has a mini bar serving alcohol.

Amendments, Cancellations, Refunds

For cancellations, please call us at  +918101126304 (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 till 18:00) or drop us an email on themandarinert@gmail.com

Room cancellation charges depends on the time of cancellation.

Except in emergency situations guests will not be entitled to a refund and guests will be marked as a ‘no-show’ by the retreat.

The refund amount will at least take 7 to 10 working days to show in your account. Please note that your bank may debit separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

We offer free on-site parking facilities for our guests. The retreat has a private parking space which can accommodate up to fifty vehicles.

We provide free WiFi to our guests in all the rooms. Please do note due to our location the connectivity isn’t as fast as it is in the metropolitan areas.

Tea makers are a standard in-room amenity in the retreat.

Yes we have a swimming pool one for the adult and the other for childrens.

Yes the pool is open all year round.
